Performing Software Development

IFMC's approach in performing healthcare software development consists of our quality management methodology that yields consistent, reliable and accurate solutions.

Based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), IFMC's process consists of the following major tasks:

• Client Requirements: Capturing, documenting and refining business requirements is completed using the Requirements Management Process
• Application Development: Finalizing the entity-relationship diagrams, designing databases using Oracle or SQL Server and developing software applications using JAVA, Visual Basic, or COBOL
• Quality Assurance: This iterative process involves unit testing, system testing and stress testing of the application and hardware
• Production Roll-out: Documenting and implementing the production controls, environment and system requirements are completed with this final task.
