IFMC's team of help desk professionals support thousands of
Help desk calls annually. IFMC's Help Desk Teams provide
phone support M-F, 7am through 7pm CST across a range
of technical and user related issues.
Call resolution using IFMC's Remedy call tracking system insures that all client inquiries are logged, tracked and resolved within the prescribed client services agreement. IFMC's help desk teams are located in West Des Moines, IA and provide support in the following manner:
- Nationwide Help Desk for CMS SDPS contract: Supports 53 QIO's, ESRD network, CMS and 4,600 acute care facilities.
- Nationwide Help Desk for QIES contract: Supports 53 state agencies, Long Term Care facilities, Home Health Agencies, CMS Central and Regional Offices.
IFMC's support staff of certified Dell Workstation professionals, Microsoft and Novell certified engineers and a host of technical experts are available to resolve application, network, security and desktop computing issues.
